For many folk, Christmas time is a time of friends, family and of course, food. Baking, baking and more baking. But, who has time these days? I sure as heck don’t. So, while perusing Pinterest (my latest obsession), I came across a few “Nutella” pinboards that had this recipe. I went to the original blog, A Busy Nest and printed the short list out. Hurrah! As luck would have it, I had all ingredients in the pantry, and tonight we will be having Nutella cookies. If only all things could be THIS easy…sigh.
Super-Easy Four Ingredient Nutella Cookies:
1 cup Nutella Hazlenut Spread
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup AP flour (that would be all-purpose)
1 Egg
Directions: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients together well. Form into one-inch balls, and place on a cookie sheet. Press down firmly with the bottom of a floured glass. Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until set. Cool, pour large glass of milk, and eat…but don’t forget to save some for Santa!
Just as an added note, I always bake on either a Silpat or on Parchment Paper…as both methods keep the bottom of your cookies from getting too brown.
Thanks to the girls from A Busy Nest…and let us know how your cookies turn out!
