Come together for a fun and carefree experience as you get out of your “cancer zone” for an evening of Belly Dancing. No experience or dance skills are necessary, anyone can do it! The world of Belly Dance and Middle Eastern Dance has been growing in popularity as a way to relax, let go, be in the moment and have a good time.  Our instructor will lead the way and help everyone lose themselves for a little while.

Some FAQ’s: What shall I wear?  Comfortable clothes:  sweats, leggings and top, socks. Will I show my belly?  Exposed and unexposed bellies are both welcome. What are the side effects? Fun, excitement, camaraderie!

INSTRUCTOR:  Sarah Bell has 25 years of experience in Belly Dancing and Middle Eastern Dancing, and an extensive background in Ballet and Jazz.  Sarah conducts belly dance classes throughout Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess.  Her students range from 10 years old to 85 years young, and her classes have earned the reputation of “Female Bonding at its Best!”
