Father’s Day Flow

Give yourself, or that special Father in your life, the gift of Yoga! As men’s lives become more full, and often more stressed, they require a regular practice to reground and remind themselves of who they really are, and what is most important to them. During this workshop class you will learn and practice the four foundations of yoga: yoga breathing (pranayama), yoga postures (asana), centering and meditation (dharana), and relaxation (shivasana). Special emphasis will be paid to the concerns and questions of the men in the class.
