Have you ever wondered how to prepare healthy food for you and your family without feeling exhausted and overwhelmed?  Join two Board Certified Holistic Health Coaches, Karen Rigney and Alyson Chugerman as they guide you around the kitchen in this two hour workshop.  Although participants will not actually be cooking, they will be given simple, fast, delicious recipes full of real, whole food and will have the opportunity to taste some of these recipes.  Emphasis will be place on how to stock your kitchen for easy preparation, finding foods that give you energy and are in season, identifying plant-based protein dishes that create health and allow cutting back on animal-based foods.  The discussion will also cover the healing energy that raw or vegan diets provide as well as the most common genetically modified food and non GMO alternatives.  A Q&A session will follow.

Karen Rigney, Ready, Renew, Reward! Is the founder of a private practice dedicated to personal empowerment and the discovery of extraordinary health and happiness.  She received training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Alyson Chugerman has been involved in the health and wellness field for more than 14 years.  She is the owner and founder of Attain True Health, a private practice in beacon, NY devoted to nurturing her clients to eat smart, make healthy choices and find balance in all aspects of their lives.  Karen holds a certificate in Integrative Nutrition from SUNY Purchase and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC.  She is also certified as a Health Kinesiologist and as a Classical Homeopath.
