Westchester residents will be able to buy fresh local foods, such as cheeses and pickles, meats and baked goods, and wine as well as products such as hand-made jewelry, soaps and body butters during the new Main Street Market, to be held on select Sundays from November through March, at the Westchester County Center in White Plains, New York.
This year’s market will consist of a variety of vendors and food producers, all from the tri-state area.
And, to tempt shoppers and to help them make their selections while looking for one-of-kind handmade items or unique gifts, vendors will offer samples of their foods.
To add to the fun, each month will feature live entertainment provided by local musicians from the Hudson Valley and surrounding area. While shopping, enjoy the musical stylings of Petey Hop. As a headliner at The Ridgefield Playhouse, The Levitt Pavilion and supporter of major artists like Grand Funk Railroad, Buddy Guy, Robert Cray and NRBQ, Petey has a diverse palette of original and cover songs to suit many tastes.
