Playoffs!? Playoffs!? The Best Bars to Watch the Big Games

Whether you’re rooting for the Jets (sorry Giants fans) or just keeping your eye on an office pool, there are a few awesome bars to catch all of the Playoff action this season.  You’ll need a great beer selection, tasty appetizers, and of course, some large screen TVs to catch all of the action.  Check out some of our favorites:

Larchmont Tavern

1) Molly Spillane’s, Mamaroneck

When Molly’s opened last year, it filled a much needed gap for a great sports bar in town.  The brand new 9,000 square foot property, with its gigantic bar, offers plenty of seating to comfortably meet the Sunday crowds.   Kick back at the bar or grab a table with friends to enjoy all the big games on their 16 big screen TVs, all with NFL Sunday Ticket.

2) Larchmont Tavern, Larchmont

Grab your jersey and join the locals at Larchmont Tavern. While the bar is tiny, I included LT because of it’s community vibe and awesome pub grub. Every time I am at the bar, I meet an interesting character, and few things beat an LT Pale Ale (brewed by Captain Lawrence) and Balboa sandwich.

Brazen Fox

3) Brazen Fox, White Plains

With an appetizer and beer menu that will put any sports bar to shame, Brazen is an ideal spot to meet up with friends on game day. Plus, there are free wings at the bar!

4) Sports Pub, White Plains

Specials: $9 Bud Light, Bud, and Miller Lite Pitchers; $10 Bucket of Nips (5 Bud Light Limes 7oz Ponies); $25 one gallon of beer tower and thin crust pizza

5) Finnegan’s Grill, Yorktown

With mega spicy wings, juicy burgers, and 14 televisions, Finnegan’s Grill in Yorktown has everything a football fan could need.
