UNIQLO, the global clothing retailer, will open its new store at Westchester’s Ridge Hill on Friday, April 19, at 10 a.m. UNIQLO will welcome customers with entertainment and activities during grand opening weekend (Friday through Sunday) including a free tote bag with a purchase of $50 or more to the first 500 customers each day and free parking validation with purchase. There will be traditional Japanese Taiko drum performances starting at 4 p.m. on Friday and noon on Saturday and Sunday going throughout the afternoon. On Sunday, April 21, Snoopy will be at the store to take pictures with customers and the UNIQLO UT Truckshop, a truck outfitted with 100,000 LED lights, will stop by. In celebration of the grand opening week, UNIQLO is also offering special promotional pricing April 19 through April 28 on men’s and women’s premium linen long-sleeve shirts for $19.90 and women’s Ultra Stretch Jeans for $29.90.
