Experience what the Japanese call Shinrin-Yoku or “forest bathing.” We’ll take a guided journey of the senses in a gentle hike around Goodliffe Pond.
Forest Bathing (being in the presence of trees) is proven to lower heart rate and blood pressure, reduce stress hormone production, boost the immune system, and improve overall feelings of wellbeing.
