Come explore the heart of yoga in a lively interactive workshop that includes —
- An extended Kripalu Yoga session
- Pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, and deep relaxation
- Personal introspection and small-group work
Poet Danna Faulds will take part in all sessions, reading her original work and sharing her perspective as an artist, woman, and dedicated yoga practitioner. You will leave this workshop energized, aligned, and connected with inner vitality and joy and with ideas for continuing to access these inner resources of life-giving energies.
For all levels; beginners are welcome.
Richard is a master teacher – I’ve been going to his workshops for years now. This particular style of yoga leaves me feeling both enlivened and relaxed. Richard’s wife, Dana, enriches the experience with her inspiring poetry. It feels good to bring the work of these talented individuals to the Learning Lab for our first public workshop.
