Join us for a peaceful morning of relaxation and yoga for three Sundays in late September/early October. Taking their inspiration from Mark di Suvero’s kinetic Yoga (1991) on the KMA’s lawn, professional instructors from local studio O2living lead one-hour vinyasa yoga sessions for participants. Vinyasa is a combination of standing and seated poses linked together in flowing movements, guided and sustained by the breath. Classes are free and appropriate for all levels. Please bring your own mat. Limited capacity.
